A firm-owned document system
The problem
The firm was renting a subscription product to manage its documents, and paying for features that did not fit how it works.
What we did
We are building a document management system the firm owns outright, shaped around its own files, matters and people.
Documents that draft themselves
The problem
Standard documents were assembled by hand from a third-party template library, with the same details typed again and again.
What we did
We are turning the firm’s own standard documents into templates that fill themselves in from a single intake, so the firm controls its own forms.
An AI briefing for a whole team
The problem
Staff were hearing a lot about AI, with no clear picture of what it can really do or how to use it safely with client information.
What we did
We gave a plain-English briefing on what is real, what is next, and what it means for their profession, followed by an open Q&A with the team.
